Notes from the Importer: The name “FIKY FIKY” comes from an old Italian disco song and playfully refers to a one-night stand. The parallel here is that natural wines (like people) are alive and always evolving, and no two bottles will ever be exactly the same. Once it is open, it changes even faster, and once it is gone, it’s gone. So rather than falling in love with one bottle and hoping to replicate it again and again … let go of expectations and enjoy where a particular wine is in the moment and who you share it with, because you’ll never experience it all the same way again.
