Notes from the Importer: Our Traditional Methods are entirely elaborated at the Domaine in an artisanal and manual way without adding sugar or sulphites, which allows them to be labeled "Brut Nature". They are vinified according to the so-called traditional method (historically called “champenoise method” ). These cuvées were born in the 1950s when Louis Allemand did his military service in Champagne in Reims and decided on his return to the Alps to become a winegrower. Their bubble is extremely fine and delicate. They are a local and natural alternative to champagnes and other crémants.
