Buvons, founded in 2021, is a neighborhood wine bar + shop located in Long Beach. Our focus is on small-production, natural, and low-intervention wines, with an emphasis on Champagne + Jura + Burgundy + Loire + Savoie. In addition to wines, we have a small curated selection of ciders + beers.
Our definition of Natural Wine is farmed by Organic or Biodynamic methods, fermented with native or ambient yeasts, and is made with minimal or low intervention.
We look forward to sharing our often-changing selections with you and diving into our passion for natural wine.
