Notes from the Producer: Not a very wet Spring, a rather dry one with wind flowering period brought a lower, but more concentrated berry base. The rainfall until ripeness was sufficient and the year as a whole was not too high hot, giving an elegant and aromatic vintage.
Meadow herbs and green apple on the nose. Fresh and delicate finish, salt and pineapple.
