Notes from the Importer: Tim studied winemaking in Beaune, and then took over his uncle's vines in 2001, converting them immediately to organic (much to his cousins' chagrin). He farms just under four hectares with the help of his horse. Fermentation and elevage in used oak barrels; obsessed with making Coteaux.
Pinot Noir from his clay, Les Hazardes parcel. The previous Blanc de Noir iteration of Héraclite was his precious Pinot Meunier, but he lost it all in 2017.
