Notes from the Importer: Cume do Avia is a young winery founded in 2005 by three friends. It is located at the top of the Avia river valley, from where it gets its name. In 2005 they decided to start from scratch the courageous project of making certified Organic wines, with some Biodynamic practices. They planted 13 indigenous varieties on a total of 9 hectares.
