Notes from the Importer: Frederic Cossard is a larger than life character with a love of the good life, this legendary producer manages to make thrilling, vibrant Burgundies in a region where oak and sulphur can dominate without sacrificing precision, nor detail.
The result is a slightly darker, deeper expression of the grape that is heady with spice, with plenty of bitters to finish.
