Grapes: 40% Pinot Blanc, 38% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Gris
Region: California
Vintage: 2022
Viticulture: Organic
Vinification: Each varietal macerates for two weeks separately
Aging: Separately for 6 months before blending
Sulfur: 20ppm at bottling
Notes from the winemakers: Even though this is mostly Pinot Blanc, it’s a more structured wine with some weight to it! That rosey quality we love in California Pinot Noir is present on the nose, with hints of hibiscus tea and a tart strawberry smoothie. Pull it from the fridge and let it warm up on your table alongside a bounty of produce from the farmer’s market or a plate of spice-rubbed ribs.
