Notes from the Importer: Philippe Weis hails from Alsace but settled on the Mediterranean coast when he purchased 8.5 hectares of vines in 2004. These are located at the highest altitude within the Maury appellation (near Perpignan) which means the wines have plenty of freshness and finesse.
