Notes from the Importer: Located in Polisot, in the Cote des Bar, Maison Petit Clergeot was created by Paul-Bastien Clergeot, who set up his own winery in 2017. The estate vineyard occupies 8 hectares spread over 3 villages.
From the beginning, Paul-Bastien has embraced the principles of organic farming, and certification is expected from the 2020-2021 harvest. His philosophy is, "one parcelle, one grape, and one year."
