Notes from the Importer: A bright rosé vinified solera style from 2020, 2021, and 2022 vintages. For each vintage, all the fruit is co-fermented and sees 14 days of semi-carbonic maceration, except for direct-press Spätburgunder and Muscat. Élevage occurs in 500 litre oak. The blend of white and red grapes gives the finished wine a deep raspberry colour with a tart acidity and subtle, fruity tannin.
