Notes from the Producer: Coming from a long line of winegrowers, one fine morning, my father woke up with the desire to find his roots.
So he took us on his adventure and I decided to go all the way, to winemaking,
but not just anyhow: with the constant concern of respecting nature and refusing any chemical intervention. So I have been working the vines for about ten years. My dream was to make a product that resembles me, in accordance with my convictions, that is to say respecting nature, its ecosystem, working with natural products...
My wines are the fruit of this work, of pleasure and a real reward because they exceed my expectations.
We are in the years 2007, it is the beginning of this story, the first winemaking with its share of hassles, questions, hesitations, research ...
Thanks to the precious advice of the Belhasen family, and the experience coming we have acquired knowledge and we will continue in this spirit for an ever healthier production in the respect of nature and the terroir.
"I entered the world of wine without any other professional training than a certain greed for good bottles" Colette
