Buvons is a women-owned natural wine bar, bottle shop, and restaurant in Long Beach, California. Founded in 2021, we focus on small-production, organic, and low-intervention wines from France and beyond—especially from Champagne, Jura, Burgundy, the Loire, and Savoie. We also offer a curated selection of ciders and natural beers.
To us, natural wine means thoughtfully farmed grapes—organic or biodynamic or beyond—fermented with native yeasts, and produced with minimal intervention or added sulfites.
Our bottle list evolves weekly, and we love sharing rare finds, cult favorites, and surprising new gems. Whether you're here to join a tasting, explore our wine club, or enjoy seasonal food on our sunny patio, we’re always excited to raise a glass with you.
